Kathmandu, Nepal | June 2026 – The 1st batch of Glocal presents Ncell 12th Pass: THE GLITCH, powered by Embark College, successfully concluded after three transformative days of learning, creativity, innovation, and personal growth. The bootcamp brought together 50 freshly graduated Grade 12 students, providing them with future-ready skills and practical experiences in a gamified way designed to help them navigate the transition into adulthood and their professional journeys.
The unique three-day bootcamp was designed as an immersive “flight plan,” equipping participants with essential competencies in Artificial Intelligence, personal branding, content creation, financial literacy, communication, and career development.

Day 1: Check-In & Identity Avatar Creation
The program commenced with participants receiving official Ncell SIM cards and high-speed data packs, marking the beginning of their digital journey. Led by AI Policy Researcher and Trainer Mr. Chandan Goopta, participants explored Artificial Intelligence, prompt engineering, and digital identity creation.
Through innovative AI tools, participants developed their own “Anti-Bio” and created professional digital avatars representing their future selves. The day concluded with a profile showcase where participants presented their player profiles, enhancing self-awareness, confidence, and AI literacy.

Day 2: The Connection – Ncell Day
The second day focused on Design Thinking, Content Creation, and Visual Branding under the facilitation of Mr. Niraj Neupane. Participants engaged in the Ncell Connectivity Challenge, where teams utilized Capcut and AI-assisted creative tools to produce contents.
Participants showcased and published their creations on social media, generating significant organic visibility while strengthening their personal branding and digital storytelling skills.

Day 3: The Vault & Departure
The final day centered on Financial Literacy, Budgeting, Public Speaking, and Career Planning. Facilitated by Ms. Ojaswi Shrestha alongside the Glocal Team, participants took part in an interactive role-playing challenge titled “The Kathmandu Survivor and Plan Trip to Bali.” Along with this, the participants played a treasure hunt while finding the clues from the Ncell App.
The engaging simulation challenged participants to manage budgets, identify digital scams, and solve treasure hunt clues, including tasks integrated through the Ncell App. The experience provided practical financial management skills while encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving.
The program concluded with a graduation ceremony where participants received their Skill Passports with a stamp of “Skill Visa Granted” symbolizing their achievements and readiness for future opportunities.
