Bangkok, Thailand (January 25, 2025): Jayaram Wagley, the founder chairman of Miniland English Secondary School, Kathmandu was awarded with International Professional Award 2025 in a special ceremony that took place in Princess Chulabhorn Convention Centre, in Bangkok, Thailand. The award ceremony was organized by Universal Institute of Professional Management (UIPM), affialiated with the United Nations ECOSOC, special consultative status, No. 677556 and a member of APQN (Asia Pacific Quality Network).

The IPA 2025 by UIPM celebrated the exceptional contributions across diverse fields, promoting global progress and ethical leadership. The award focuses on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact, and initiatives aligned with UIPM’s role as a Special Consultative Status holder and its Diplomatic programs.

It was awarded to the professionals from 20 different countries around the globe such as India, Srilanka, Turkey, USA, Canada, Indonesia, Mangolia, Bangladesh, China, Nepal, etc. who had exhibited exceptional professionalism in the sectors such as civil society, police and military, academic, business, culture, politics, celebrities and public figures, etc. The award was handed over by ML Baworachat Chatachai, the president of UIPM with the participation of honorary judges from 20 countries as witnesses. Mr. Wagley was handed over the award for his role in academic professionalism and the spreading Nepali culture in Thailand. Mr. Wagley has been continuously working in the educational sector for more than 20 years in Nepal and also joining hands with different cultural organizations in Thailand, India, Turkey, etc. He is a member of KIFF Thailand and a delegation of IOFF Turkey.
